The Board of Directors have pledged to fund 100% of Quechua Benefit’s operational overhead. Our board consists of dedicated volunteers who receive no monetary compensation. This means that every dollar of your contribution directly impacts the lives of families, women and children in Peru.

Volunteer

Quechua Benefit was born in the heart of a relationship between two men, Don Julio Barreda, “a giant in the alpaca world,” and Mike Safley, a master of alpaca knowledge himself. Don Julio’s question, “What can you do for the children in my town?” inspired the first dental mission in 1996.

Attend an Event

Quechua Benefit hosts an annual fundraiser and other events throughout the year, including National Alpaca Farm Days and miscellaneous campaigns around the holidays.
